ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY PEPZILLA LABS ARE STRICTLY FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. • Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption. • Products are NOT pharmaceutical drugs, supplements, or food products. • Products are NOT intended for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use. • Products must NOT be administered to any human being or animal. • Products are NOT approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use. By purchasing from PepZilla Labs, you acknowledge that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or research institution, and that all products will be handled and used solely in a controlled laboratory environment in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

PepZilla Labs accepts no liability for any breach of applicable law by the purchaser. In the United Kingdom, all transactions are subject to English law.

PepZilla Labs makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, purity levels, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are accurate. COAs are provided for informational and verification purposes and are specific to each production batch. While we strive for accuracy, PepZilla Labs does not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our returns policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • PepZilla Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of any product. • PepZilla Labs accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, death, or damage to property arising from the misuse of products outside of their intended research application. • Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. PepZilla Labs strongly discourages self-administration of any peptide compound and accepts no responsibility for any harm resulting from such actions.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing. PepZilla Labs reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where: • We suspect misuse or non-research application of products • There is a pricing or stock error • We are unable to verify eligibility of the purchaser In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PepZilla Labs ships to selected jurisdictions only. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that import of the relevant peptides is lawful in their destination country. We accept no liability for products seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or border authorities. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of research chemical products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been dispatched, except in the case of: • Products that arrive damaged or defective • Incorrect products sent due to our error Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
